UNESCO Regional Office for East Asia and Shanghai (WHITR-AP) hosted a regional workshop on Heritage Impact Assessment co-organised with Renmin Law School and Minzu University of China in Beijing on 27-28 March 2025. Professor Vrdoljak was pleased to accepted the invitation of UNESCO Chair collaborator and fellow UNESCO Chair, Professor Wang Yunxia. Professor Vrdoljak presented on Australian law and practice in respect of heritage impact assessment. She also presented a lecture to students at Minzu University on Cultural Heritage and Sustainability on 28 March 2025.
UTS acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people upon whose ancestral lands our university stands. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders both past and present, acknowledging them as the traditional custodians of knowledge for these lands.
