The Humanitarian Scholarship Program exists to support undergraduate study for students from a refugee or asylum seeker background. Many of these students are unable to access Commonwealth Supported Places or government loan schemes due to visa status.
The program includes comprehensive support for students throughout their study, covering:
- Assistance with tuition fees and educational costs
- Support with transition and on-boarding
- Peer and academic mentoring
- Paid internship opportunities
- Graduate career help
A step-by-step guide of how to apply for the humanitarian scholarship is found here.
