The UNESCO Chair Professor Ana Filipa Vrdoljak was pleased to be invited to meet on 16 May 2024 with a representative of the UN Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights concerning the OHCHR’s efforts to deepen relations with UNESCO on cultural human rights and the role of culture in the enjoyment of human rights. This initiative arises from the Human Rights Council resolution 54/22 mandating the creation of knowledge hub of experts for their cultural rights workstream.
