Professor Ana Filipa Vrdoljak was visiting fellow at the Center for Ethics and Rule of Law, The Anneberg Public Policy Center, University of Pennsylvania Law School in October 2023. Her research project focused on the Indigenous peoples’ rights in respect of culture and cultural heritage. She had the opportunity to participate in the World Heritage in Conflict seminar series led by UNESCO Chair collaborator, Professor Lynn Meskell. The UNESCO Chair is grateful for the welcome extended by Professor Meskell and CERL Director and staff during her visit.
UTS acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people upon whose ancestral lands our university stands. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders both past and present, acknowledging them as the traditional custodians of knowledge for these lands.
