The UNESCO Chair was pleased to contribute to the UNESCO Central Asia Regional Training Workshop for law enforcement and the judiciary on ‘Fighting Illicit Trafficking of Cultural Property held on 5 to 7 June 2023. Professor Vrdoljak’s presentation focused on international and regional normative frameworks to fight illicit traffic.

UTS acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the Boorooberongal people of the Dharug Nation, the Bidiagal people and the Gamaygal people upon whose ancestral lands our university stands. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders both past and present, acknowledging them as the traditional custodians of knowledge for these lands.
